Any additional boxes will incur a charge of $10 per box. Alternatively, they can choose to book a pallet for $50. For frozen goods a fee of $20 applies. For bucket of goods a fee of $10 per bucket applies. For mats a fee of $30 applies. All staff to strictly follow cargo form deadlines. Late requests will not be approved.</p>\n<p><b>Non-Staff Charges</b><br> For non-staff members, a single box will cost $10. Alternatively, they can choose to book a pallet for $50.</p>\n<p><b>Type of Cargo</b><br> Only dry goods are allowed on the barge. Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited.</p>\n<p><b>Booking Procedures</b><br> Staff Members: Staff members must book their cargo through the staff portal one day prior to the barge loading day. Non-Staff Members: Non-staff members must book their cargo via email to freightbooking@naosfiji.com one day prior to the barge loading day.</p>\n<p><b>Payment</b><br> All payments for freight charges should be made to the designated bank account. Details will be provided upon booking confirmation.</p>\n<p><b>Discretionary Rejection</b><br> We reserve the right to reject any cargo at our discretion. This may apply to items that are not suitable for transportation or exceed size limitations.</p>\n<p><b>Large Building Materials</b><br> Please note that the cost for large building materials may vary. Additional charges will be discussed and confirmed during the booking process.</p>\n<p><b>Delivery and Pickup Instructions</b><br> Freight to be delivered to our Suva warehouse must arrive before 10:00am on the barge loading day. However, please note that if any item is damaged during transportation, we will not be held liable.
